FriePDC completed a development assessment, master site plan design, market analysis and financial feasibility study for this 53 acre mixed use development overlooking the Blanco River on IH-35 in San Marcos. This 250,000 sf mixed use complex includes big-box retail centers, hotels, restaurants, auto dealerships, banks, offices and apartments. Project includes 1,400 feet of IH-35 frontage and 900 feet of Blanco River frontage.It is located adjacent to the proposed Blanco Riverwalk and Yarrington Crossing development projects.
